Who are we?
Arnold Blits is the founder and director of the Blits Group. As consultant, trainer, strategist and coach, Arnold urges people to carefully consider and look beyond their first response. In hauling people out of their automatic pilot, he uses no tricks and no shock tactics; he simply appeals to their common sense and logic. While not always making the world more pleasant, he does make it more understandable and more human. Apart from Arnold, the Blits Group consists of a small, select group of experienced trainers, consultants, coaches and interim managers. All have been extensively educated in the philosophy and approach of the founder.

Which clients?
We work with clients who wish to see considerable improvement and who are prepared to take action to achieve this. Most of our work is concerned with developing leadership qualities, changing company culture and increasing commercial strength. We are looking for clients who are prepared to face reality, even though this reality is not always pretty. You only have to scratch beneath the surface to find issues and problems that have been smouldering for years. Facing reality demands commitment, the ability to change and steadfastness from the client. We have the ability to embed radical and thorough changes in your management’s behaviour, as well as the rest of your organisation, business unit or department.

What do we do?
You can call on us for a broad range of activities such as: change management, training, consultancy, executive coaching, selection meetings, idea development, organisational advice and interim management. We usually begin with consultancy coupled to training for executives and management. We don’t work with standard itineraries and procedures; we focus on what is actually needed. We work mostly on complete company assignments, our remit being ‘change’. As well as this, we offer opportunities for individual training during our Open Training days as well as various master classes.
