Entrepreneurship in semi-government

A semi-government organisation has to stimulate innovation and collaboration between companies in the area. A couple of years ago, the consultants of this organisation were delighted if a business leader would even took the time to talk to them, despite the fact this organisation provides subsidies for enterprises. The consultants' leader found this attitude far too mediocre. He called in Blits to help develop them into enterprising consultants who could operate as fully-fledged discussion partners for all sorts of entrepreneurs and business leaders. Using a combination of consultancy and training, the whole team was regularly trained. The results surpass even the boldest of expectations. The consultants are now very much appreciated and respected by business leaders and decision makers. Instead of only bringing money to entrepreneurs, the consultants now request them to invest large amounts of money themselves before even considering taking part of a project. These consultants truly contribute to the innovatieve and commercial success of their region and are no more recognisable as the semi-civil-servants they once were. On the contrary, their influence and contribution to the economic development of the region are way out of proportion to their number and budget.
