Interim

We work with a select group of experienced professionals for interim assignments. These professionals are regularly trained and coached by the Blits team. We have excellent people available in the following areas of work:

·          Organisational advice
·          Change management
·          Human resource management
·          Account management

Although members of our group have very different personalities, they do have a number of points in common. They have the ability to quickly win trust, both internally and externally. They are extremely perceptive and can see through tricks and games, thereby getting to the bottom of where the real problems lie.  Additionally, they are used to clearly explaining difficult concepts and being the first to discuss them. They have backbone and nerve and don’t have to force their leadership on people; they are simply seen as natural leaders.
