Open Training

The Blits Group has been organising Open Training for a number of years. It is called ‘open’ training as participants register individually and generally don’t know the others taking part. The majority of participants come into contact with us through recommendations from friends, colleagues or acquaintances who have previously attended a Blits training.

Relationships
In the course of the two days, you experience many profound insights into how relationships between people arise and how they can be deepened. These insights, developed by you personally using a step-by-step process, are applicable to every conceivable relationship you can think of. From prospect to customer, from parent-child to employee-manager. The trainer demonstrates this with countless examples and practical situations. You don’t have to swallow these ideas unthinkingly. On the contrary, the trainer challenges you to question and test them. You’ll discover that we live in a world full of assumptions where very little is actually tested. The imperceptible separation between what you think, mean or feel and your own true reality, is made visible and clear by the trainer. With all the insights and understanding that you will build up in these two days, you’ll obtain a very different view of your own environment and surroundings. You’ll see new approaches and connections that will make other conclusions, and therefore other choices or behaviour, possible.

Why
Participants’ reasons for taking part in an Open Training are quite diverse. From improving sales results, more effective leadership, development of new business, dealing with ‘troublesome’ people and saving a marriage to simply understanding yourself and others better. It’s difficult to predict beforehand exactly what the training will mean to you. If someone has recommended you to attend an Open Training, it’s because this person is keen for you to learn new insights. It is evident the training has a massive impact on the lives of the vast majority of participants - on the business side, as well as in their private lives. If after the Open Training you want to learn more, you can take part in an Advanced Open Training (please see the information below).

Approach
Perhaps the person who suggested the Open Training to you didn’t go into details about the approach and content of the training. It’s because it is difficult to explain, as the training is a linking together of continually developing insights and understanding. You can’t just take a few sentences or perceptions without understanding the whole context. We mainly work with insights and personal coaching in a group context, frequently using questions or problems that the participants have. The latter is however not a prerequisite for participating the training.

Open Training Dates
We usually organise an Open Training once every three months. A maximum of nine people can take part. These training sessions are usually full very quickly so please register as soon as possible.

Friday 17th and Saturday 18th September 2010
Friday 10th and Saturday 11th December 2010
