Company training

We train people in the areas of leadership, commerce, creativity, culture and team. We take an alternative approach to most training agencies. We don’t want a big glossy catalogue with many courses on offer, split up into target groups, experience and subject. After all, reality can’t be split up into compartments, models or programmes. A change in one area always has consequences for another so the relevant contexts need to be connected to, rather than isolated from, each other. Of course we work on assignments in a certain context. For example, ‘teach our managers to take more responsibility’ or ‘ensure that our salespeople get better orders more quickly’. Trainers’ methods

Our trainers do much more than just help a group of people. The trainers dare to broach sensitive subjects and ensure that nothing is unmentionable. They treat participants as individuals and very quickly create a trusting relationship with everyone personally. Even with the so called ‘difficult cases’, where others have tried and failed. With our trainers, you actually bring in external guts! This way of working needs great expertise. Perhaps you are used to trainers who confront people. In this type of training, soon the participant becomes emotional and it looks like ground-breaking moves are being made. However, in reality certain protection mechanisms of the participant become even stronger. Therefore no lasting improvements are being made. This is NOT how we work. Instead of direct confrontation, we carefully take people step-by-step along a complete thinking process. We let participants make new conclusions themselves. The trainer ensures that each participant can fully complete his or her individual thinking process. Only few trainers reach the levels of depth and precision necessary for this complex task. It takes on average seven years for a Blits Group trainer to attain this level of expertise.

Practical information

Most of our training is tailor-made. Because of the intense personal approach involved, we prefer to work with a maximum of eight people per group. The content, length and dates of training are always agreed in consultation beforehand.
